Blankspace

Blankspace is an online tool that anyone can use to create a fully-functioning website in minutes free of charge. Since this is in its early test phase, content currently needs to be verified and added by Meercat9.com's owner, Billy Moffat. Unlike other free website hosts, it gives code access to the user. This allows more tech-savy users to take full control over their content. Since the APIs are simple, pages are also faster and more responsive. This is a bad description that will be changed later.

If you don't want to deal with making the site yourself and don't want to wait for the tools to work properly (i.e. skip the test phase), you can simply pay me to create the website for you from the ground up. This way, you aren't restricted in any way with what you can have, or how it will work. You're only restricted by your imagination (and technically my ability, but if I can't get your job done by some chance, no cost of course).
