Popup Power is a somewhat annoying program that you can link to friends (or enemies) that will open a plethora of popups. The link is located below. This was designed in 2006 when popup blockers were ... very bad. So don't expect much from it any more.

Below there is a link that you can either share with somebody else, or click on yourself. If you click on it you'll be asked to confirm the decision to proceed. If someone opens the direct link, it won't warn them.

Note that this app was updated in November 2011 to conform with the latest site APIs, but has not received any functionality improvements in 2 years. It is unlikely that it ever will either.
