Hello. My name is Billy Moffat. This website is named after my online alias, Meercat9. Here you will find a hub of web applications I've developed as a hobby over the years in my spare time. Below are of my online accounts that you may follow or utilise if you wish. Have fun browsing the website and please don't expect too much, since I am only one man (well, arguably a boy) and I have university work to do... so not much time goes into updating the site these days.

UPDATE: I've finished the new design. It's at a point I'm quite comfortable with. Now I just need to work on getting a lot of the applications back online. Also, if you're working on a mobile device, you can click the "Mobile Layout" link in the sidebar to view the site in a new mobile-friendly layout! If you try to view it on your computer though it might be a little big and a little annoying though.

Links are still be broken, though I assure you I am working on them as fast as humanly possible - especially given I am doing on my own what is usually a task done by many paid developers. I'm not even getting paid yet...
